By using Refresh ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

Refresh provides photo restoration and colorization services. You upload photographs and we process them using automated technology to improve quality and add color.

Your content

You retain all rights to photographs you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and store your photos solely for providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

• You may only upload photos you have the right to use
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls

Payments & refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your Settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@refresh.photos.

Limitations

The Service is provided "as is." We do our best to produce high-quality results, but cannot guarantee perfect restoration or colorization for every photograph. Results depend on the quality of the original image.
